Chief Executive Officer
Senior Corporate Officer responsible for overseeing the activities of the entire company. In collaboration with the Executive Director, sets company policy and oversees Corporate Office personnel.
Account Managers
Responsible for all tuition accounts, private pay, CCIS and DPW. Manages tuition accounts and communicates with parents regarding funding issues, payments and fees. Communicates with CCIS and DPW caseworkers regarding payments for care and ensures client compliance with to the rules regulating their participation in the subsidized programs. Keep records; prepare reports, daily reconciliations, and weekly bank deposits.
Regional Directors
Oversees a select group of centers. Mentors and supports the Directors of those sites and ensures compliance with both licensing regulations and corporate policies.
Director of Public Relations
Liaison between Today's Child, community leaders and individual groups to provide support and education to the community at large. Produces correspondence, publicity and advertising documents. Oversees the production of monthly newsletters and website maintenance. Organizes special events such as coat drives, participation in Relay for Life and other charitable events.
Director of Information Technology
Maintains all electronic and technological programs and equipment. Provides on-site support for staff. Oversees development and maintenance of the website.
Director of Human Resources
Assists educational staff by scheduling professional development trainings. Oversees TEACH Scholarship Programs. Supervises recruiting and staffing; organizational and space planning; performance management and improvement systems. Oversees employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development, and training. Handles compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health and employee services and counseling. Maintains accrual and payroll deductions.
Director of Regulatory Compliance
Responsible for ensuring all centers meet or exceed OCDEL regulations. Writes and updates all Standard Operating Procedure Manuals, Employee and Parent Handbooks. Trains, mentors and oversees site Directors with regard to regulatory compliance. Conducts in-house inspection of centers and required OCDEL paperwork; prepares materials for state inspections. Works with Directors and their staff to ensure compliance with guidelines set forth by the Quality Initiatives department including professional development activities.
Facilities Manager
Performs oversight of maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing windows, floors, or stairs.
Director of Nutritional Services
Supervises daily food service operations and trains kitchen personnel; oversees food preparation, implements work priorities, plans schedules, assigns and reviews work. Coordinates specific food preparation and serving activities, developing menus, ensuring adherence to CACFP guidelines; coordinates meal serving schedules with production personnel. Adjusts menus according to food quantities and amount needed. Receives, inspects, stores, and accounts for delivery of food and other requested supplies or equipment. Tallies meal counts, determines family eligibility and CACFP claims.
