School Age Enrichment Program
In the School Age Enrichment Program children arrive at the Center in the morning before school and can take part in various self-directed activities. Parents who wish to bring along breakfast for their child may do so, as long as the child arrives by 7:45am and the meal requires no preparation.
At the end of the morning sessions, children are escorted to either their bus, elementary school, classroom, whichever is applicable to the child and the center.
Children who are enrolled in the After School Enrichment program are provided with a snack upon arrival at the center. Activities designed to allow the children to stretch their muscles after a long, hard day's work at school are scheduled each day.
Homework supervision is built into each daily schedule so that parents who would like their children to work on school work while at the center may do so. This however, is an option, and parents can elect to request their child not do their homework at the center.
On those days when the children have off school and will be in the Enrichment program for the entire day, parents must send a morning snack and a nutritional lunch for their child. Afternoon snack will be provided by the center as usual. Care all day must be arranged in advance with the Director of each site and may carry with it additional fees.
