In order to enroll your child(ren) at Today’s Child Learning Centers, Inc. you must complete an Enrollment Package which includes:

  • Tuition Contract
  • Emergency Contact Form
  • Child Allergy Form
  • Distant Emergency Contact and Release Form
  • IEP Information Form
  • Video and Photographic Permission Form
  • Child Health Report

Additional forms are required depending upon which center your child will be attending and the age of the child. These additional forms include the following:

  • Free and Reduced Meal Program Enrollment form
  • Meal Benefit Income Eligibility form
  • Infant Supplement form
  • Permission to Complete Homework form
  • Permission to Transport Child form


All of these forms, except the Tuition Contract and Child Health Report should be downloaded and completed at home prior to coming to register your child.

The Tuition Contract will be completed by a company representative at the time of registration.

Parents have 60 days from the first date of attendance to turn in the Child Health Report.

REGISTRATION FEES
$50.00 for the first child.
$75.00 for a family

REGISTRATION FEE PLUS FIRST AND LAST WEEK’S TUITION (SECURITY DEPOSIT) IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

Children enrolled in the Penn-Delco Enrichment Program will pay on a monthly basis, NOT WEEKLY

Today’s Child works in association with Child Care Information Services (CCIS) to offer subsidized childcare to families in our area.  We request all parents contact the CCIS at 1-800-831-3117 to see if they are eligible.
