Today’s Child Learning Centers is proud to offer both Early Head Start (birth to 3 years) and Head Start (from age 3–Kindergarten entry) at our Philadelphia location, providing high-quality, federally funded programs at no cost for eligible families. Our comprehensive programs are designed to give children a strong foundation in early learning, health, and family support, preparing them for success in school and beyond.
