History & Mission

Our History

Since our founding in 1989, Today's Child has proudly remained under continuous family ownership. What began as a single school has grown into a thriving network of over 9 locations, serving hundreds of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children across the region.

With nearly 200 dedicated and trained specialists on our team, we offer a range of services, including preschool education, before- and after-school care, and early childhood development programs.

Our Mission

At Today's Child, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and child-centered learning environment where each child's unique interests, abilities, talents, and learning styles are respected and supported. Our goal is to offer the best possible foundation for children to thrive in every aspect of their development—physical, intellectual, social, and emotional.

Our Philosophy

At Today's Child, our approach to education and childcare is built on several core principles:

  • Valuing People: We place the highest importance on the well-being of the children in our care, the trust of their parents, and the dedication of our employees.
  • Community Trust: We continually strive to earn and maintain the trust that our community has placed in us through our commitment to quality care and education.
  • Personalized Learning: We believe that the best learning environment is one that is personal, nurturing, warm, and stimulating. Our programs are designed to be responsive to each child's individual developmental level, offering a balance of academics, socialization, and free play.
  • Confidence and Joy: The experiences we provide at Today's Child are carefully crafted to enhance each child's confidence and sense of self-worth while fostering a lifelong love of learning.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Care Provider, committed to offering inclusive, high-quality education and care to every child.
