With the support of $2 million in federal funding, the ITCS program provides FREE care for families eligible for ELRC's Child Care Works, formerly CCIS. Building on the success of the Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts program, we’re committed to giving your little ones the best possible start in life.

- Ages 6 Weeks to 36 Months: Our program caters to infants and toddlers during the most critical stage of development.
- Child Care Works Eligibility: Families eligible for Child Care Works can benefit from this incredible opportunity.
- Priority for Full-Time Care: Full week, full-time care needs are prioritized, ensuring consistent support for working families.
- Subsidized Care Access: Children on the waiting list or already receiving subsidized child care are eligible.
- New Applicants Welcome: Families applying for Child Care Works may also be considered for placement.
- Pre-K Counts: Enrollment in this program will secure your child's future spot in our FREE Pre-K Program
